My Story

 

I have joined food manufacturing sector soon after my graduation from university as part of the technical team, and my first career challenge was to implement a full Quality Management System within a company that was not yet certified for any of the Food Safety standards, and I had no formal qualification to do this at the time. It was very clear for me then that there are so many things to learn in the food industry and so many opportunities to develop my career, so I have never left this sector since.

Nearly 20 years later, I am now a an Approved Training Partner and Lead Auditor for the BRCGS and also a BRCGS Professional. I have experience in factories working in different categories, such as bakery, confectionery, dry fruits and nuts, ambient or temperature controlled products, and oils and fats processing sites, across UK and Europe.

​

I am passionate about working with sites, from operative to senior management levels, and share my knowledge to get the companies on the right track in achieving their objectives and also continuously improving their standards.
